Although there may be no reason for alarm, it certainly is a good idea to be aware of what’s going on and to create a basic plan that will prepare your organization for the event of an outbreak. Proper sneezing and hand-washing techniques, sickness policy, up-to-date contact information of staff and volunteers, teleworking preparedness, payroll capability all need to be thought out.
